Produce traceability is a vital component of Good Agricultural Practice. It starts from the planting process through to the consumer and enables product to be tracked from seed to retail customer. The principle of traceability is the driving force behind our business giving our clients reassurance and confidence in the supply, quality and delivery.
Accurate documentation.
Our traceability ensures that all relevant documentation is in place and accurate at each stage of the transportation. Vital information relevant to the product, its source, treatment and temperature is available and ensures a transparent paper trail of factors that might have an effect on the condition of product at its final destination. Our system of traceability is reviewed yearly. We ensure that as much information as possible is provided to the clients and regular updates are given regarding the progress of their consignments. In this way we can react swiftly to any changes in transport arrangements and product availability.
